It doesn’t matter if it’s a sunny day, a rainy day or even windy. PROTECT YOUR HAIR.  This can lead to dirt creation in your hair, dryness and also hair damaging. So the best thing to do is to prevent hair exposure to the sun and rain. Mostly cover them so they don’t get burned or wet.

Use a Conditioner Regularly

It is important to use the proper conditioner after every shower. Don’t miss this step in any case. You wouldn’t want your hair to be frizzy.  Keep in mind that conditioners formula is not proper for the scalp. Just apply it in your hair about 2 inches away from your scalp. Otherwise your hair will look very oily in a short time.

Oil your scalp frequently and properly

As unbelievable as this might sound oil is very good for your hair. But it’s important to do it properly and not overdo it. Oil your scalp about 2-3 times a week and use a shampoo to gently remove it. 

Use cold water to wash your hair

Not only heat styling product affect negatively on our hair but also hot water affects the same way. Average temperature it’s more than enough to wash your hair. This means don’t use water of a very high temperature and now very low either.

The healthier you are, the better your hair look.

If you have thin hair…

For girls that have thin hair it’s advisable to use a salty spray before you blow drying them after the shower. If you want to have more volume try to blow dry them upside down and go for a shorter haircut. Keep in mind not to apply conditioner on all of your hair. Just on the ends. 

If you have thick hair…

Thick hair girls should avoid washing their hair everyday as it will make them grassier. If you use a bristle brush it will damage your hair. And don’t blow dry them because you will get irritating puffy hair.
